Rock (and roll) Dunder.

Life is a lot more fun when you have friends who are up for adventures and know where those adventures can be had!

I haven’t explored much outside of the Bay of Quinte area so going to a spot near Kingston was like a whole new world for me. “Rock Dunder” was all I knew about this place. I assumed there would be rocks (which there were) and that was about it. It was a complete and very welcome surprise when we got there!

It felt so great to go on an actual hike – I wore jeans… again, I had no idea what I was getting into and they were my stretchiest jeans (American Eagle for the win!) – and see dark blue water, tromp in the woods and come out to a beautiful view of cottages, water, tops of trees, and the bluest sky! It was a fantastic way to spend the first really hot day of May.

I cannot wait to go back – I am a hike repeater – and experience it again (in proper hiking apparel)!

Have you been here before? Let me know!
